Ms Vidya Mamallan is the Co-founder and President- Human Resources & Administration of Electronic Payment and Services Private Limited (EPS), since inception in 2011.

She holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship Management from SJM School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, and Post-Graduate degree in Economics from Mumbai University. She has gained rich experience of more than 15 years, mostly in expanding retail business for major PSU – Bharat Petroleum- and developed distribution business, added with managing diverse people across varied geographies for the group.

She enjoys and involves herself amply in developing organizational strategies through her sharp acumen in researching skills to build EPS – one of India’s most preferable companies. For more than 10 years, she has played pivotal role in planning and implementing various HR programs to make it a “People First” company. Implementing good practices for employees, she has truly emphasized onto women empowerment and employee benefit programs to lead by an example.

Under her leadership, EPS has recruited more than 500 people across India, with effective employee recruitment and development system. EPS encourages its workforce to undergo significant learning and development initiatives and new-age skills to be more innovative and resilient.

With a strong objective to empower world-class education to the growing BFSI sector in India, Vidya envisaged to start “EPS Academy” that excels in providing holistic course in payments domain to create future-ready professionals. EPS Academy has tied up with Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (GoI) and affiliated institutions.

She has been recognized as “Most Inspirational Leader in 2019” by Morpheus Leadership Mumbai, for her commitment towards building strong cultural practice and core values towards enlightening good corporate ethics.

While co-founding EPS with her husband – Mr Mani Mamallan- Vidya spent sleepless nights primarily in planning and delivering first project of ATM deployment. To implement the same, She even pledged her jewelry and house to raise initial funding. Despite not having strong technological background, Vidya has gained deep-dive knowledge in payments technology and advises team on various aspects of integration.

Vidya is a trained classical singer and likes to spend her quality time in nurturing the talent. Also, she has a profound interest in environment and community building activities, to create a better ecosystem.

Mr Sanjay Kapoor is the Promoter and President- General Administration of Electronic Payment and Services Private Limited (EPS).

He holds a Bachelors in Electronic Engineering and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology, Retail and Realty industry in India. He’s successfully managed start-up businesses in Information Technology and Realty sectors across the country.

Fortified with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for new business ventures, Sanjay enjoys managing all facets of a company i.e. marketing, business development, client servicing, sales, administration, accounting etc.

He serves as the principal resource to the Board of Directors and its key committees and gives strong direction in policy formulation and interpretation. He partners with the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership team to craft organizational goals and develops strategies to ensure that they are achieved.

As the chairman of the Procurement Committee, he is adept in making strategic decisions, under his guidance , cost savings have effectively spiked over years.

His rich acumen over decades, has enabled him being a pro in the consolidation process. He has been instrumental in the seamless acquisition, that got the ball rolling for EPS. He is in true sense an inspirational leader, whose happy-go-lucky attitude and persona , just make him stand apart from the others.
