EPS goes beyond complying with the Companies Act 2013's CSR mandates. We actively invest in social good, dedicating 2% of our average net profits over three years to initiatives that improve education, sanitation, and rural development. Through direct projects or partnerships with qualified NGOs, we make a tangible difference in communities. A dedicated CSR Committee ensures effective monitoring and transparent annual reporting. This commitment reflects our core values and empowers us to be a positive force for social progress.
EPS's CSR Committee, led by Mr. Sanjay Kapoor (Director), brings together diverse perspectives with an independent director. Convening at least twice annually, the Committee ensures balanced representation with at least one investor and one promoter nominee director present, unless waived. Supported by the CSR Monitoring Officer and Company Secretary, the Committee plays a crucial role in formulating recommendations for CSR spending, presented to the Board for final approval.
