  • He has also been involved in ATM installations on turnkey basis with various banks.

Mr. Chandrasekaran
President – Services

 

 

 

  • He has over twenty five years of experience in the Banking and ATM industry
  • He worked as a senior banking professional in Union Bank, for over 16 years in various capacities and areas of commercial banking of which 5 years was in the IT division of the Bank in its top-level policymaking and implementation division.
  • Prior to joining EPS, he was head of ATM Field Services of M/s. Financial Software and Systems. Here he headed a team of 150 professionals and has been instrumental in rolling out more than 5000 ATMs under the end to end outsourced model.
  • Mr. Chandrasekaran was Assistant Vice President of India Switch Company (ISC) before joining FSS.
  • He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and has received a Diploma in Banking Technology with Indian Institute of Banker. He is also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
  • He has many a firsts to his credit; from the first shared ATM network, to the first IT Outsourcing in Banking, way back in the Year 2000. He has to his credit the setting up of shared payment network system like BANCS and CASHTREE.

Mr. Manohar Bhoi
President – Technology

 

  • Over 20 years of overall Experience in IT Projects and Operations with 16 Years in ATM Transaction Switching, Processing and Operations Management.
  • He has a rich experience in implementing multiple switching platforms, managing large-scale ATM operations, SLA management and customer co-ordination.
  • He was instrumental in setting up the first shared network payment system and ATM outsourcing project in the country. He has also setup ATM Managed Services Centers for various organizations.
  • At EPS, Mr. Manohar is responsible for centralized operations and technical infrastructure of the company. An electrical engineer by training, Mr. Manohar has earlier worked for biggies such as TCS, Euronet India, FSS and India Switch Co.

  • Mr. Bhavanarayan has over 28 years of experience in Banking and over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. He has managed a critical portfolio in one of the biggest banks in India.
  • His domain expertise includes banking operations and banking related IT implementation strategies.
  • He has a vast experience in managing all facets of banking operations, legal, information technology and information security.
  • Being an effective communicator, he has the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
  • He holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Law and Business Management and his other professional qualifications include CAIIB, CISA, ISO 27001 LA.

ThyagarajanMr. Thyagarajan Seshadri

  • A MBA with Int’l Trade Management and Marketing Management, Mr. Seshadri has over 25 Years of Experience combining sales, marketing, project implementation and delivery, client relationship, concept selling and strategic evangelist.
  • He is an independent, result – oriented go-getter and an avid risk taker with a zeal and energy of an entrepreneur.
  • He has been instrumental in the process of conceptualizing to executing the way for Brown Label ATMs in India.
  • He has a rich experience working with MNCs and VC funded companies and with regulators and policy makers.
  • At EPS, his responsibilities include Corporate affairs, Communications and Strategy
  • He is also known as Convener, Organizer – Confederation of ATM Industry ( CATMI )

Francis Picture

Mr. Francis Souza
Vice President – Bank Relationship (New Business initiatives)

 

 

 

  • He has over twenty one years of techno-commercial experience in the ATM industry between International ATM Business Development across various Gulf countries, Customer Relationship, Software, Networking and Hardware.
  • Since the start of his career, he worked with Diebold India during which time he successfully networked several bank’s ATM switches with Diebold. He also wrote a book, “Let’s Go Online” in 1997 during the ATM Switch boom in India that explained simple means of connecting ATMs on several protocols to various ATM Switches.
  • Prior to joining EPS, he was the Director / General Manager-Business Development for Alhamrani Universal Co. – Saudi Arabia, a Diebold partner, for almost 14 years during which time he set-up the Diebold Business from scratch in Dubai and expanded it into the entire United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain and Yemen
  • He was responsible for several ‘Diebold firsts’ in these countries such as Single and Bulk Cheque Depositors, Bulk Cash Depositors and Bulk Cash Recyclers along with replacing several competitor ATM networks with several banks thus making Diebold a strong brand in these countries.
  • He was responsible for designing a customized ATM known as the Desktop ATM for a Bahrain Bank wherein customers can perform ATM transactions while sitting at a table in an unmanned branch, recognize a customer through RFID on his ATM card and enable the customer interface a tablet with the Desktop ATM to complete ATM transactions without an ATM card.
  • Apart from Business Development, he is known to be a strong Project Management leader with an eye for detail and strong adherence to process oriented approaches that ensure efficient and result oriented deliveries.
