South Zone Urban Banking Co-Operative Summit

EPS was glad to associate as Gold Partner in the South Zone Urban Banking Co-operative Summit which was conducted to spread and strengthen the urban co-operative movement in the southern India region. The Karnataka State Co-Operative Urban Banks Federation Ltd. in association with Prospurs India had organised the summit. The theme “Financial Inclusion through Cooperative Banks: Journey So Far and Way Forward”, was incorporated in the conference discussion that enabled ideas evolve on managing the changes that are imperative to quickly transform the cooperative banks to improve product innovation, enhance customer service, achieve regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and the other aspects that are part of banking. The objective was to identify and disseminate about technologies and business strategies that can rapidly grow bank’s business while minimizing growth pains. There were eminent delegates from the Ministry, RBI and co-operative Banks federation. This event brought attendees from all the five states of South India namely, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

This was India’s leading & premier event for business development in the urban co-operative banking as it pulled 600+ CMDs, decision-makers from urban co-operative banks from Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu, senior officials from RBI, NABARD, leaders and influencers from banking industry on a unique platform for reflection, discussion, cooperation, and training on major trends and their current and future issues, supported and enhanced by the attendance of national & international recognized experts.
