Mr. Mani Mamallan : Mr. Mani Mamallan started his career in the banking domain with Punjab National Bank and moved over to UTI (now Axis Bank). Prior to joining C-EDGE Technologies Ltd, a JV of TCS and SBI, Mr. Mani was Vice President and Head of FSSNeT, the services arm of M/s. Financial Software and Systems. Here, he spearheaded activities in the payments systems domain including, but not limited to, securing accounts like Bank of Maharashtra, where he bagged the mandate for deployment of 350+ ATMs on an outsourcing model for the Bank. Prior to FSS, Mr. Mani was the COO of India Switch Company (ISC) where he was instrumental in introducing new services, setting up the first shared ATM network in India and introducing the first ever ATM outsourcing in India. Prior to ISC, he was a Senior Manager at UTI Bank, where his achievements include setting up the Bank’s ATM Switch, IP network etc.
Mr. Mani is known for his deep knowledge in the retail technology banking space, including the microfinance domain. He commands respect for his Business acumen, strategy and vision among professionals, peers and even among the present CMD’s of Public and Private sector Banks.
Mr. Mani graduated from Madras University and completed his post graduation in Communications and Networking from National Centre for Software Technology (NCST).
Mr. Sanjay Kapoor: Mr.Sanjay holds a post graduate diploma in Computers and has an experience of over 15 years in the retail and realty sector. He has run startup businesses in IT as well as Realty sectors. He has an eye for new businesses and shows keen interest in business development and marketing. He has experience in managing all facets of a business, including client servicing, sales, buying, account, hiring and training.
Mr. Vineet Rai : Mr. Vineet is the founder and CEO of Aavishkaar Venture Management Service which is India’s first Rural focused Venture Capital Firm. He is also chairman and co-founder of Intellecap. Prior to Aavishkaar, he was the CEO of Grassroots Innovation Augmentation Network (GIAN), an incubator for rural innovations and ventures based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He also features in Rashmi Bansal’s book: I have a Dream. He holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Forestry Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.
Mr. Noshir Colah : Partner, AVMS AAVISHKAAR INDIA II COMPANY LIMITED. Mr. Noshir has over 25 years of wide-ranging international experience in top management in various fields. He has been an integral part of three start-up companies. His domain knowledge includes renewable energy and green technology, construction, mechanical engineering and the service sector. Since earning his MBA with a dual major in Finance and Computer Systems in Business from Ohio University, Mr. Noshir has gained work experience in several countries. In the past two decades, he has held four “C-Level” positions and has served on the Board of Directors of several companies in India and abroad. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of management functions, including concept & product development, intellectual property rights, licensing and joint ventures, finance, legal, operations, sales and marketing. However, his passion is organization building through the development and implementation of corporate systems. Mr. Noshir is an alumnus of Mumbai’s St. Mary’s School (ISC), Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and Government Law College.

Ms.Vidya Rani: Ms. Vidya Rani, a member of the Board, holds a post graduation degree in Economics from Mumbai University and has been with the Retail business domain of Bharat Petroleum for 14 years. She has an excellent acumen for finance, accounting and compliance.
Dr. R. Gurusamy: Dr. Gurusamy completed Ph.D. in algorithms from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has an experience of over 20 years in the Information Technology industry. He has contributed towards various technological advancements such as set top boxes, Web Technologies, Embedded Systems, Blue tooth, Wireless, Cryptography and RFID. He has guided various research projects on the convergence of media, information and web, medical sciences including the DICOM imaging package for radiology. He has also widely contributed towards software development activities in GIS, Remote sensing and Image Processing, GPS, etc. He is an active member in numerous local and international technology development forums.
