“STRATEGIES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH”
As part of our newly launched ‘Learning & Development’ initiative at EPS in January 2015, we partnered with IIT Bombay to deliver a MDP on ‘Strategies for Organizational Growth’ for senior employees and management team. This MDP was designed to equip participants with business insight, in-depth knowledge and real world case studies on growth strategies delivered by Senior Executives (Guest Speakers) from top companies in India and was attended by over 45 participants from various industries i.e. Banking, ATM, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Mining, Automobile, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy etc.
EPS participants who completed the MDP and are certified by IIT Bombay (SJMSOM) are Hemant Patel, Mahesh Gaitonde, Rohit Jain, Gripson Martes, Prashant Bhatia, Mugdha Shirvalkar, Supriya Shukla and Richard Canday.
